任何機構如欲申請駐場急救醫療服務,請於活動舉辦 2 星期前透過以下方式盡早遞交申請:

To apply for on-site medical service, please submit the online application form at least 2 weeks before the date of the event as early as possible：

服務須知 Important Notes / Terms and conditions

我們的急救醫療服務由本隊人員提供。

On-site first aid service are provided by voluntary medical personnel from Hong Kong Medical First Responder Volunteer Service. All duty members are volunteers.

我們會就非牟利活動或與公眾安全相關的駐場急救服務申請收取最多每個活動每日 HK$1600物資及運輸費用。

Application for non-profit events or related to public health and safety will only be charged for maximum HK$1600 per event per day for consumables and logistics.

商業活動之急救服務申請會被收取費用，所得收益將全數用作維持本隊日常運作及行動。

Application for business events will be charged for reasonable price. All profit will be used for routine operations and support other voluntary services

香港急救醫療服務於收到申請後 1 個工作天內與申請人聯絡，並於7個工作天內回覆是否接納申請。我們會按閣下所提供的資料進行評估並安排有關服務，並會盡快以電話WhatsApp電郵或書面通知申請人申請之結果如活動詳情有任何更改，請盡早聯絡我們以作安排。

Hong Kong Medical First Responder Volunteer Services will contact the applicant within 1 working days and confirm the acceptance within 7 working days.
